Product Care Instructions
Acrylic-based products
Do not use isopropyl alcohol to clean your acrylic trinkets; they will crack over time if you do. Instead, wipe them with a clean microfiber cloth.
If you need to deep clean, use mild soapy water!
There is a protective film on one or both sides of the charm. You can choose to peel it off or leave it on!
Decoden items
Use a cotton swab (dipped with isopropyl alcohol) to clean dust and dirt off of the silicone surface. Be sure to avoid any clay/acrylic charms as the alcohol will corrode and crack them.
If anything detaches from your decoden case or trinket, you can reattach them with superglue!
Illustrations/Prints
Keep prints away from direct sunlight to avoid sun fading over time.
To avoid yellowing, keep illustrations in their plastic cover. Alternatively, you can frame or laminate them (lamination not recommended).
Do not put prints anywhere damp or steamy; the paper will bend and warp.
All illustrations are signed and numbered on the back of the paper! The signature may smudge if you touch it, so please be careful.

What can I expect my package to look like?
We will send you a photo of your shipment before we send it to the post office.
All of our packages will have .zippy somewhere on the box. That's how you know it's from this shop! (Not sure what ".zippy" is? Check out our About page!)
Tracking numbers
All orders include tracking numbers. If you can't find yours, please contact us!
Terms of Service
Refund policy
If anything in your shipment is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Be sure to provide pictures if you can! We accept refunds within 2 weeks of delivery. We can either replace or refund the item, but you'll have to return the damaged product.
We include a return label with every shipment, so all you need to do is repackage the item and send it to the post office.
Payment
We only accept payments made through our online shop. We will not directly ask for your PayPal or banking service.
If there is a problem with our shop regarding payments, please let us know and we will try our best to help you.
